Facilities are available for Rentals per current COVID restrictions. Please call the Park office for details regarding rentals and restrictions.
All our facilities are available for rental for events. We have hosted birthday parties, family reunions, church picnics, day care picnics, and even baseball tournaments.
We do not accept rental requests until January 1 of the calendar year, and rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are planning an event please contact us as soon as possible for availability.
The Main Building has a large open room that can accommodate around 50 people, kitchen/prep area, and restrooms. We have tables and chairs available, along with a microwave, sinks, freezer and fridge (no cook top or stove). Renters are welcome to bring in any food, drinks, crock pots, table/serve wear, and decorations. We do not allow glass bottles or open flames (oil burners) indoors. Renters are responsible for set up and clean up of their event.
Our outdoor pavilions are available for rent as well. We have 2 pavilions at our Main Park, one at Division Street, and one at Bates Park. All pavilions have picnic tables for seating, and are close to playground equipment for the kids.
A completed Facility Rental Contract and payment is required before adding any event to our calendar. Please note: we DO NOT offer refunds once an event is placed on our calendar. In the event a renter needs to cancel we will do our best to reschedule based on facility availability. Currently we accept cash and check as payment for facility rentals. Facility Rental Contracts are available at the Park Office or by e-mail.
Large Event Rental Contracts (tournaments, season long practices) are available and terms of rental must be approved by Park Board of Commissioners. Contact the Park Office for more information.
